Our Mission |
The mission of Keep Palm Beach County Beautiful, Inc. (KPBCB) is to enhance the quality of life in Palm Beach County through programs and partnerships that encourage public agencies, private entities, resident, and visitors to reduce litter and waste, increase recycling, beautify, maintain, and sustain public spaces, and inspire generations of environmental stewards.

Projects and Programs |
Cleanups: KPBCB coordinates volunteer-based beautification events such as the International Coastal Cleanup in the Fall and the Great American Cleanup every Spring in Palm Beach County.
Volunteer Support: KPBCB supports local cleanup and beautification initiatives throughout the year by providing logistical supplies and support to volunteer groups and marketing to assist with volunteer recruitment. Support to Schools: KPBCB provides assistance to Palm Beach County schools in the form of grants for gardens, recycling programs, or other assistance within its focus areas. Special Programs: KPBCB sponsors special programs that support our mission. This can include grants to support special beautification projects throughout Palm Beach County. Information Clearinghouse: KPBCB promotes and provides information to the general public about reducing, reusing, and recycling, and volunteer opportunities promoting programs such as "Adopt a Highway" (State), "Adopt a Road" (County), "Adopt a Park" (County), "Adopt a Street" (Municipal), and "Adopt A Spot" (Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County). Community Outreach: KPBCB uses social media and participates in community events and presentations in order to reach the public with its "clean it up, fix it up, and keep it up" message. |
